A good friend and I visited this evening while looking for a quality hibachi restaurant, as we are new to the area. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were informed that hibachi service was running approximately 45 minutes behind, so we opted to sit in a booth instead, assuming we would receive quicker service given that there were only five tables being attended to at the time. Despite this, we waited over 20 minutes before our server, Judy, came to greet us, as she was actively serving tables that had been seated after us. When she finally arrived, we promptly placed our food and drink orders. The bartender, Helen, was attentive and delivered our bar beverages in a timely manner; however, we then waited an additional 15 minutes to receive waters from our server, followed by another 20-minute wait for our hibachi entrées. When the food finally arrived, the plates were placed on the table rather abruptly, with no interaction or follow-up to ensure our satisfaction. One of our favorite hibachi spots! The lunch specials are incredible and super reasonable. The servers are always so nice. Our chef Yousuf was awesome and made our lunch very memorable. Great time for the family. The hibachi steaks are awesome!

BEWARE BEFORE EATING HERE ! Arrived and picked me & my husband food up on April 12th,2026 firstly I stated no shrimp because my husband is allergic his order was just chicken meal mines was chicken and steak meal I check the bags while still at the restaurant both of our orders have SHRIMP !! Okay no big deal after waiting longer then told we would wait for our food we had to wait again for the food to be “remade” it took about 5 minutes for our food to come out ( Which was a red flag to me but my husband was already upset about the shrimp so he was ready to go ) They apologized okay no big deal … Second red flag the manager( I’m guessing who she was )yelled at the waiter that took the phone order for messing the order up in front of us which I thought was completely wrong and out of place not once but twice not welcoming at all … Fast forward We get home and there is HAIR IN OUR FOOD !! NOT JUST ONE PIECE BUT THERE WAS 2 pieces in mines !! Absolutely unacceptable BTW this was discovered almost half way of us eating our food ! I’m literally sick typing this in disbelief !!! We love this place! It has become our go to for happy hour. The staff are awesome and the prices are great. The Hibachi grill is really fun. I high recommend this place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Osaka Hibachi Sushi & Bar is one of the best spots in Frisco! The food is always fresh and flavorful — the sushi tastes clean and the hibachi meals are cooked perfectly every time. The portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and beautifully plated. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and they make you feel genuinely welcome. The hibachi chefs are fun to watch and make the whole experience enjoyable for families and friends. The restaurant has a nice vibe — great for a casual dinner, date night, or even a celebration. Prices are fair for the quality and portion size. Highly recommend Osaka Hibachi Sushi & Bar if you’re craving great sushi, tasty hibachi, and a fun dining experience in Frisco!
